超声对剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断价值

Value of ultrasound in diagnosis of cesarean section scar pregnancy

目的探讨超声对剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断的临床价值。方法回顾性分析40例剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠经腹联合经阴道超声及CDFI的声像图表现。结果剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠在超声上显示为三型：单纯妊娠囊型、部分妊娠囊型及混合回声包块型；CDFI可见丰富的低阻力彩色血流信号。结论超声是诊断剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的重要手段，及时方便，并可重复操作，对指导临床制定治疗方案及检测治疗效果等有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of cesarean section scar pregnancy.Methods The ultrasound characteristics of 40 patients with cesarean section scar pregnancy were retrospectively analysed by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound as well as CDFI.Results Cesarean section scar pregnancy were displayed in 3 types based on sonograms： simple gestational sac type, part gestational sac type and mixed echo mass type; abundant low-drag color flow signals may be displayed in CDFI. Conclusion Ultrasound , is an important means of diagnosing cesarean section scar pregnancy, which can be repeatly ,timely and conveniently operated, and is the important significant value in guiding clinical treatment plan and testing therapeutic effects.
