摘要
本文应用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法对护士优质护理服务水平进行综合评价,突出以患者为中心的评价思想,并进行实证分析,为护理工作管理者科学地评价护理人员优质护理服务水平提供一些有益的借鉴.
There was a lot of research on evaluation on high quality care service levels, but most of this was only qualitative summary and analysis. There was a few quantitative research which applied management decision-making and evaluation theory to evaluate quality care service levels. In this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP method were applied to evaluation on patient-centered quality care service levels, furthermore an empirical analysis was given. It provide some useful reference to supervisor who can scientific evaluation on nursing quality care service levels
