摘要
本文综述了胰十二指肠切除术后并发胰漏的相关影响因素,并对其治疗措施进行了总结.胰十二指肠切除术后并发胰漏现象的发生主要与胰腺质地、胰管直径、术中出血量、高胆红素血症及游离胰腺残端长度等密切相关,而细致、严密的外科操作技术是预防胰漏出现的关键环节.
Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods Through study articles from CNKI and Medline database which about recurrent pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy within last 10 years,to summarise prevention and treatmentof pancreatic leakage.Conclusion A positive preparation before operation and meticulous surgical techniques are key factors for the prevention of pancreatic leakage after panceaticoduodenectomy.
