基于砖柱组砌工艺不规范引起房屋倒塌的分析研究

摘要 建筑砖砌体裂缝不仅种类繁多,形态各异,而且较普遍,轻微者影响建筑物美观,造成渗漏水,严重者降低建筑结构的承载力、刚度、稳定和整体性、耐久性,甚至还会导致整体倒塌的重大质量事故。本文根据砖混结构的特点,详细分析了砖混结构开裂的原因和规律,提出了在不同条件下预防砖混结构开裂的具体而又切实可行的处理措施。 Building brick masonry cracks are various in categories and shapes and are common in construction. The slight cracks can affect the beauty of the building, causing leakage, and the serious cracks can reduce the bearing capacity, stiffness, stability and integrity and durability of the building structure, even causing overall collapse of the building. According to the characteristics of brick-concrete structure, this article analyzes the causes and law of brick-concrete structure cracks. Specific and feasible treatment measures to prevent brick-concrete structure cracks are put forward.
