摘要
通过试验表明:综合采用二次搅拌工艺、控制振动成型时间、降低水灰比等措施,可以解决EPS颗粒上浮的问题,制作EPS分布均匀的轻质混凝土,且强度良好,是一种即经济又简单可行的施工方法。
The experiment showed that compositely using secondary mixing process, controlling vibration molding time, reducing water cement ratio can solve the problems of the EPS particles floating, product lightweight concrete of EPS distribution uniformity, and the strength is good, which is a kind of economic and simple, feasible method of construction.
