摘要
以Geoffrey Keogh建立的商品住房市场互动关系模型为基础,对我国商品住房投资规模不断迅速增长的现象提出了合乎规律性的见解。同时为了克服市场失灵现象,避免商品住房市场出现剧烈波动,影响到整个宏观经济的发展,本文在商品住房市场互动关系模型上结合政府宏观调控的相关职能,建立了商品住房市场互动关系深化模型,该模型为政府干预商品住房市场,保证商品住房市场的稳定发展提供了一定的参考价值。
Based on the model which was established by Geoffrey Keogh, we can obtain some ideas which conform to the market rules depending on the actual conditions on the market of residential building. At the same time, in order to avoid great fluctuation on the market, this paper considers the government' macro-adjusting and control and establishes the further model. The further model ensure that intervene of the government is necessary and guarantee the steady increase of the market of residential building.
