摘要
人力资源是企业提升核心竞争力的基石,职业院校教师队伍的优劣直接影响办学质量和教育教学水平的提升。本文以KPI理论为依据,结合职业院校教师特点提炼关键绩效指标,构建科学合理的职业院校教师KPI考核体系并总结实施要点,以期通过提高教师的工作积极性和满意度推进职业院校办学质量的提升。
Human resources are the cornerstone for enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness, the pros and cons of teachers teams in vocational college directly affect the sponsoring quality and the level of education and teaching. This paper based on KPI theory and combined with the characteristics of vocational college teachers to extract key performance indicators, build a scientific and reasonable teachers KPI assessment system in vocational college and summarize the implementation points in order to promote the institutions quality of vocational college through improving the teachers' motivation and satisfaction.
