This paper, on the basis of discussion and analysis of the educational practice activities of mass line, analyzes the work of reading room in colleges and universities. From four aspects of librarian occupation qualification, the library laws and regulations, work mode and personalized service, formulates working objectives and direction in the new period, so as to speed up the flow of information and realize the value of knowledge.
