高流动性高模量聚丙烯的制备

摘要 研制了高流动性高模量PP。研究了不同增韧剂及其用量,滑石粉粒径及用量,偶联剂、润滑剂的添加与否对改性PP的影响。研究表明,当加入经过钛酸酯偶联剂处理过的,质量分数为24%,粒径为3000目的滑石粉,含量为10%的POE,且加入适量的润滑剂,即可得到一种高流动性和模量的改性聚丙烯。 The paper developed the high mobility and high modulus PP, and studied the different plasticizer and their amount added, talc particle diameter and amount added, and the impact of the coupling agent and lubricant on the modified PP. Research shows that when adding the talcum powder which is treated by titanate coupling agent, whose mass fraction is 24% and particle size is 3000 aim, the POE with talc content of 10%, and the right amount of lubricant, it can get the modified polypropylene with high mobility and high modulus.
