摘要
针对车间喷口射流的工位送风形式中送风角度、温度、速度的选定,以某车间厂房为例,对于不同送风工况运用Fluent模拟速度场和温度场的分布,并对结果进行对比评价。研究结果表明:通过采用喷口射流的工位送风方式,合理控制出风条件,可以使每个工位的空气环境达到规范,并且极大程度上节约能源,为大空间空调送风方式的研究提供了参考。
For determining the air vent angle, temperature, speed of jet flow at the form of task air condition, a workshop was taken as an example. Fluent was used to simulate the distribution of velocity field and temperature field in different air supply conditions, and compared the results for evaluation. The results showed that it could make the environment of every task location conform to the standard and save energy on the great degree by using TAC with reasonable control of wind conditions. This paper could be providing reference to other research of air sup- ply in large space.
