摘要
运用熵权法和灰色关联度相结合的方法,根据2006—2010年江西省11个市工业园区与城市经济发展的数据,构建工业园区与城市经济发展水平的评价指标体系,并对其进行综合评价分析。在此基础上,构建工业园区与城市经济之间的协调发展度模型,并划分协调发展阶段类型,定量评价二者的协调发展状况。结果表明:江西省工业园区与城市经济协调发展水平存在显著差异,南昌属优质协调发展类工业园区与城市经济同步型;新余和鹰潭属初级协调发展类工业园区与城市经济同步型;景德镇和宜春属初级协调发展类城市经济滞后型;九江、赣州、萍乡、吉安、上饶和抚州属勉强协调发展类工业园区与城市经济同步型。
Based on the data of industrial park and urban economic development of the eleven cities in Jiangxi province from 2006 to 2010, an evaluation index system of industrial park and urban economic development level was established and a comprehensive evaluation and analysis was given by using a method combined entropy weight with grey correlation degree. Based on this background, the model of harmonious development degree between indus- trial park and urban economy was set up, the harmonious development degree was divided into different harmonious development stages and types, and the harmonious development situation quantitatively between the industrial park and urban economy of the eleven cities in Jiangxi province was evaluated. The results showed that : there are more notable differences of the harmonious development level between industrial park and urban economy in Jiangxi prov- ince. Nanchang belongs to the type with best-harmonious development and synchronous between industrial park and urban economy. Xinyu and Yingtan belong to the type with primary-harmonious development and synchronous be- tween industrial park and urban economy. Jingdezhen and Yichun belong to the type with primary-harmonious devel- opment b type with Key ut lagging-back urban economy. Jiujiang, Ganzhou, Pingxiang, Ji' an, Shangrao and Fuzhou belong to the barely- harmonious development and synchronous between industrial park and urban economy.
