白大衣高血压血压变异性对左室质量指数和舒张功能的影响 被引量：3

摘要 白大衣高血压（white—coat hyperten—sion，WCH）指患者在诊室内所测血压升高而在诊室外血压正常的现象。随着动态血压监测技术的普及，WCH的发现率逐年上升，甚至可达门诊高血压的20％以上，这种特殊类型的高血压引起了越来越多的关注。
