不同打顶剂对东疆棉花花铃期生长发育的影响

Effects of Different Topping Agents on the Growth and Development of Cotton Boll Period in East-Xinjiang Province

[目的]分析化学打顶和人工打顶对棉花花铃期主要性状的影响。[方法]研究3种化学打顶剂禾田福可、土优塔和棉花化学打顶剂对哈密垦区主栽棉花品系大铃148株高、果枝节数、单株结铃等主要性状的影响。[结果]化学打顶能有效抑制棉花顶尖生长,喷药30 d后株高停止生长,能起到类似人工打顶的效果。化学打顶株高和人工打顶相比差异达到显著水平,主茎叶片数和单株结铃也显著高于对照。[结论]该研究可为寻求棉花高效、低成本的打顶方式提供理论和实践参考。

[Objective] The aim was to analyze the effects of chemical agents topping and artificial topping on main characters of cotton boll period.[Method] The influences of three kinds of chemical agents,Hetianfuke,TOUTA and Cotton Chemical Top Agent on the major characters,such as plant height,fruiting number,bolls per plant,were analyzed.[Result] Chemical agents topping effectively inhibited the growth of cotton top,plants stoped growing after spraying 30 d,played a similar effect of artificial topping.The plant height of chemical agents topping was significant difference with that of artificial topping,and the number of main stem leaf and boll per plant were both significantly higher than those of control.[Conclusion] The study provides theoretical and practical reference for finding out high effective and low cost toping method of cotton.
