Benefit Evaluation and Analysis on Integrated Consolidation of Rural Land

土地综合整治效益分析评价是土地综合整治规划重要的组成部分,是土地综合整治预期收益的体现,对于评价土地整治的实施具有重要意义。该研究运用层次分析法,从社会效益、景观生态效益、经济效益3个方面对土地综合整治规划效益进行分析评价,该研究将对土地综合整治规划效益有借鉴意义,评价结果可为定陶县土地整理绩效评价提供科学依据。

Benefit analysis on integrated land consolidation is an essential part of integrated consolidation of land planning,is the manifestation of expected income of integrated land consolidation,and is of great significance for the evaluation of implementation of land consolidation.Using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）,from the social benefit,ecological benefit,and economic benefit,this paper carried out benefit analysis and evaluation of land consolidation planning.This study will have significance to the integrated consolidation of land planning benefit,the evaluation results can provide scientific basis for the performance evaluation of land consolidation in Dingtao County.
