摘要
根据国际标准ISO/TC17/SC17《胎圈钢丝》中规定青铜镀层中Sn的质量分数≤ 3% ,而胎圈钢丝镀层厚度都较薄 ,因此 ,选用Sn(Ⅳ ) -十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 -苯芴酮三元络合物光度法测出镀层中Sn的含量。通过实验证明 ,所拟分析方法稳定可靠 。
In ISO/TC17/SC17 Bead Wire w (Sn)≤3% in bronze coat is stipulated.But the coat on bead wire is thin,so Sn(Ⅳ)-CTMAB-Phenylfluorone trihydric complex compound photometric method is used to determine Sn content in coat.It is proved by test that this analyzing method is stable and reliable,which can accurately determine Sn content in coat.
