摘要
海洋水域广阔,使得长期以来海上通信由于距离问题一直存在着部分信号盲区。而现今海上贸易运输量不断增长,对船舶的通信安全和通信质量提出了更高的要求,使得这一问题变得更加紧迫。本文针对近海船舶的通信质量问题,提出了点对点无线通信监测策略。该策略借助GPRS网络技术,将船舶航行数据以无线中继转发为主,以SMS短消息转发为辅,在加强了船只与陆地基站实时通信的同时,构建了海上船只之间的点对点通信手段。通过对方案系统构架、无线监测终端和点对点通信方式的设计,提高了海上船舶通信的高效性和及时性,有效地消除了信号盲区。
It is well known that the huge area of the sea lead to the blind spots in communication for a long time. Nowadays the amount of sea trade is making a significant stride. More tough require- ments have been proposed in communication safety and quality. Thus the blind spots problem is be- coming more serious. In this paper point - to - point wireless communication and monitoring strategy has been raised aiming at the problems of communication quality among inshore ships. According to the strategy, GPRS technology is used and navigation statistics are transformed by two ways. Wireless relay is given the first place and SMS is treated as an assistance. Thus, the communication between ships and base stations on land is enhanced while point - to - point communication among ships is constructed. Through the design of strategy system frames, wireless monitoring terminals and point - to- point communication the efficiency and timeliness in marine communications have been im- proved. So does the blind points problem.
