摘要
针对台山电厂600 MW汽轮机组6号轴承(以下简称6瓦)大修后多次出现瓦温偏高的问题,从低压缸轴承结构及其支撑特点进行技术分析,找到6瓦温度偏高的根本原因是6瓦负载较大和轴瓦自位能力较差。为此,提出轴系中心调整新思路,减轻6瓦载荷,并通过相应措施提高6瓦的自位能力,从而解决了6瓦温度偏高问题。
Aiming at problem of high temperature of No.6 bearing discovered for many times after overhaul for Taishan subcritical 600 MW steam turbine,this paper technically analyzes bearing structure of the low pressure cylinder and its sup-porting characteristics.It discovers the basic reason for high temperature is the biggish load and bad self-potential of the bearing.Therefore,it proposes a new adjusting thinking for the shafting center in order to relieve load of No.6 bearing.In addition,by corresponding measures to improve self-potential of No.6 bearing which solves problem of high temperature of No.6 bearing.
