改善Super304H不锈钢抗晶间腐蚀性能的途径 被引量:2

摘要 首先从成分、结构特点、与贫Cr区的关系,以及界面、合金元素和应力状态对析出的影响等方面阐述了奥氏体不锈钢中M23C6的特性;然后以超超临界压力锅炉的过热器管和再热器管常用的奥氏体Super304H不锈钢为例,结合Super304H不锈钢的成分和特点,提出通过调整晶界工程、优化高温软化工艺、加速M23C6形成和增加去敏化工艺等方法来改善Super304H钢高晶间腐蚀的敏感性;最后指出研究Super304H不锈钢去敏化过程的规律是今后的研究方向。 This paper firstly states characteristics of M23 C6 in Austenitic stainless steel in aspects of ingredients,structural features,relationship between Cr-depleted zone and impacts of interface,alloying elements and stress states on precipitati-on.Taking superheater pipe of the supercritical pressure boiler and Austenitic Super403H stainless steel often used for rehea-ter pipe as examples and combining ingredients and characteristics of Super304 H stainless steel,it proposes to improve sensi-tivity of intergranular corrosion of Super304H by means of adjusting grain boundary engineering,optimizing high tempera-ture softening technics,speeding up formation of M23 C6 and increasing sensitizing technics.At last,it points out that stud-ying on laws of sensitizing process of Super304H stainless steel is a future research direction .
