变电设备在线监测装置的IEC61850一致性测试应用研究

Application Study on Testing for Consistency of IEC 61850 for Online Monitoring Device of Transformer Device

变电设备在线监测装置的IEC61850一致性测试工作已在全国范围内逐步开展,但测试手段和方法以及相关测试技术规范等仍不够完善,导致测试工作无法达到预期效果。结合IEC61850标准在变电设备在线监测领域的应用现状,分析变电设备在线监测装置IEC61850一致性测试的意义以及主要测试方法和内容,以广东电网公司开展的变压器局部放电在线监测、变压器套管电容量及介损在线监测等变电设备在线监测装置的IEC61850一致性测试工作为例,对测试过程中存在的主要问题及原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决办法。

Testing for consistency of IEC 61850 for online monitoring device of transformer device is developing step by step in all over the country while the testing ways and methods and corresponding testing technical specifications are still not im-perfect which may not realize expected effectiveness.Combining application status quo of IEC 61850 standard in online mo-nitoring field,this paper analyzes meanings and main testing method and contents of consistency testing for IEC 61850 for online monitoring device of transformer device.Taking IEC 61850 consistency testing for transformer partial discharge on-line monitoring developed in Guangdong power grid corporation,capacitance and dielectric loss of transformer bushing as examples,it analyzes existing main problems and reasons and proposes corresponding solutions.
