随着和谐发展实践的不断展开,和谐理论在一系列重大问题上不仅需要正本清源,而且需要继往开来。和谐理论既来源于实践,也必须超前于实践,以便为和谐实践提供理论导向。这样,观变于和谐与失衡要素之动而立和谐猜想,就历史地成为和谐理论建构与实践深化的必然选择。基于这一设想,特提出如下七大和谐猜想:和谐宇宙猜想、和谐共生猜想、和谐往复猜想、和谐演化猜想、和谐节点猜想、和谐合理猜想、和谐在可道与非道之间猜想。猜想引领理论,相信这些也许是胡思乱想的猜想对和谐的理论建构及和谐发展、和谐社会实践的展开,能够起到启迪和先导作用。
