摘要
在炼钢总厂加热炉总承包工程中,运用赢得值原理动态控制工程进度与费用,精心组织,科学管理,使工程进度、质量、费用、安全控制等执行情况良好;工程按期完成,安全事故为零,质量等级优良。加热炉2012年6月18日出红钢,热负荷试车一次成功。博得了业主的好评。
In the general contracting project of the furnace for General Steelmaking Plant, the Earned Value Concept (EVC) was applied to dynamically control the project progress and expenses and carry out elaborate organization and scientific management, which made the project being implemented very well in progress, quality, expenses, safety control and other aspects. The application of EVC not only guaranteed the completion of projection on time without any accident, but also got excellent quality. On June 18, 2012, the furnace produced red blooms and hot-load test run was successfully carried out at a time. Therefore, we received high praise from our customer.
