南京市餐厨垃圾收运处置现状与资源化利用对策

摘要 随着南京城市快速发展,餐饮业规模不断扩大,餐厨垃圾大量产生,给居民食品安全带来了巨大隐患。本文通过对南京市餐厨垃圾收运现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并根据南京市实际情况,提出"相对集中与就地处置"相结合,多种处置工艺并存的处置模式,将有效提高南京市餐厨垃圾的资源化利用水平。
