摘要
全面提升职工队伍素质是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要保证。目前,职工队伍职业技能素质总体偏低,结构不合理,不能完全适应转变经济发展方式的要求。加强职业教育培训,应不断完善相关的政策法规,进一步完善职工职业教育培训的法制环境,强化企业在提高职工队伍素质中的主体作用,充分发挥工会组织在提高职工队伍素质的大学校作用。
The quality improvement of the workforce is an important guarantee of the realization of a great rejuvenation of the Chi- nese nation. At present, the vocational skills of workers and staff are on the low side in general, and ill - structured. In order to meet with the demands of the transform mode of economic growth, we should improve the related laws and regulations, enhance the dominant role of enterprises and give full play to trade union＇s role of ＂large school＂ .
