Research on Ideological and Political Work of Staff and Workers in Guangxi

调查分析当前广西职工思想的基本情况、影响职工思想的主要因素和职工思想政治工作存在的问题。加强新形势下职工思想政治工作应做到:坚持正确的政治导向,建立良好的思想政治工作机制;结合企业生产实际,提高思想政治工作效能;加强企业文化职工文化建设;提高职工技能和综合素质;解决好职工最关心的利益问题;注重人文关怀和心理疏导;发挥工会的独特优势,提高职工思想政治工作的能力和水平。

The author attempts to analyze the current situation of staff and workers in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, main influencing factors and problems. Some reasonable suggestions are proposed from different aspects： insisting on correct political o- rientation, building up good work mechanism, improving work effectiveness and employee culture construction, improving com- prehensive quality of workers and staff, protecting labor rights and interests and paying attention to psychological counseling, so as to improve trade union＇ s ability of ideological and political work.
