摘要
制定劳动定额是推进企业工资集体协商的基础工作,参与劳动定额制定是工会组织维护职工合法权益、促进企业发展的有效手段,各地在实践中创造和积累了有益的经验。当前,健全劳动标准体系、完善劳动定额制定工作十分重要,需要政府部门、企业行政和工会组织紧密配合共同推进。
To formulate output standard is a basic work of" improving collective consultation on wages in enterprises. In order to protect labor rights and interests, local trade unions have gathered experiences in practice. At present, the government branches, the management of enterprises and trade unions should make joint efforts so as to improve the labor standard system and the output standard system.
