摘要 教师专业化程度的提高与发展,是21世纪世界各国教师教育的主导目标。阐述教师专业化发展的阶段及其建构主义视角,从英语教学专业化和英语教师教育专业化两个方面分析我国高校英语教师专业化发展存在的问题,提出相应发展策略:更新教师教学观念,定位正确的职业角色;强化教师专业素质,提高科研能力;进行反思性教学,创建专业发展共同体;完善教师教育的制度和体系,提供教师发展的支持与保障。 The improvement and development of teachers' specialization is the main goal of each country' s teacher education in the twenty -first century. This paper analyzes the stages of teachers' professional development and its constructivist perspective. Then it discusses the problems in college English teachers' professional development. Finally, it puts forward the development strategies for the teachers: updatiog teaching concept and setting correct roles ; strengthening teachers' professional qualities and improving their scientific research ability; advocating reflective teaching and establishing professional development community; perfecting teacher education system and providing the support and guarantee for teachers' professional development.
