摘要
本文首先介绍了传统隔离式双向DC/DC变换器的典型拓扑,并结合其应用领域分析了各种拓扑的优缺点。在此基础上,提出了一种新颖的基于BUCK/BOOST的双向DC/DC变换器拓扑。与传统的同功率等级变换器相比,该拓扑具有结构简洁、系统成本低、控制方法简单、工作效率高等特点。介绍了该拓扑的电路构成、详细分析了电路的工作原理和设计要点,并基于UC3875芯片输出PWM波控制开关管,最后给出了相应的实验波形。
This paper first introduces severaltypical topologies of isolated bi-directional DC/DC converter. Based on the analysis and comparison of the main characteristics and applications of each typical topology, this paper presents a BUCK/BOOST topology of isolated hi-directional DC/DC converter. The compaets structure and the adoption of the synchronous rectify. Technique makes the whole system possess the advantages of High efficiecy, high control performance and low cost. The circuit structure, working principle and desi~ procedures are introduced and analyzed in detail. Experimental waveformsb^ed on UC3875 are given to demonstrate the goodness 0f this BUCK/BOOST topology.
