摘要
公共教育学的教学质量问题多年来一直是高师教学改革中的一个难点。本文对高师公共教育学课程教学质量未能根本好转的原因进行分析。认为 ,我国教师职业专门化进程缓慢是其深层原因 ,部分高师院校办学方向不明确是关键原因 ,公共教育学自身教材建设薄弱是直接原因 ,任课教师素质问题是现实原因。指出 ,要彻底扭转公共课教育学的教学质量 ,必须从宏观社会环境到高师办学思想 ,从学科教材到任课教师进行素质系统改革、综合治理。
The enhance of teaching quality of Pedagogy as a common course is a tough problem which has for many years hindered teachin g reforms in higher teacher training institutions. This paper starts with an ove rall analysis of the factors hampering the improrement of teaching of general pe dagogical course;it then categorizes a variety of causes involved,including fact ors resulting from a retardation in the professionalization of teachers in China (an underlying cause),from a failure among some higher teacher training institu tions to clarify the aims of their education(a key reason),from an inadequacy of available teachig materials (a direct reason),and from an insufficient number o f qualified staffs(an objective cause).The paper concludes that to solve the pro blem of teaching quality once and for all,a systematic,comprehensive reform is u rgently needed such a reform calls for efforts from both macro society and the micro institution itself,from both the external and the internal factors.
