摘要
针对包钢万腾钢铁公司1#上料自动控制系统存在结构复杂、控制点多、耦合性强及环境恶劣等特点,提出使用AB公司logix5000系列PLC,充分发挥logix5000 PLC可靠性高、性能优异、扩展性好等优势.实际生产表现稳定、节能.
Abstract ：The automatic charging control system of No. 1 blast furnace in Wan-teng Iron and Steel Company of Baotou Iron and Steel（Group） Corp. is characterized by complicated structure, multi -controlled points, strong coupling and harsh conditions, and etc. The use of logixS000 PLC controllers from AB company was proposed for the project. Their full reliability, high-perfolnance and flexibility were achieved, presenting a very stable result with energy efficiency in actual production.
