虽然消费者对优质稻米存在着巨大的潜在需求,但是优质稻米市场却面临供给不足与需求不旺的困境,究其原因主要是稻米优质优价长期得不到实现,优质不优价现象的长期存在使真正优质稻米的供给不足。所以必须对我国现有优质稻米产业链进行整合。本文对优质稻米产业链整合的框架进行设计,主体框架包括优质稻米产业链整合的总体思路、整合原则、整合目标、整合主体、整合模式与整合内容,以期促进我国优质稻米产业发展的同时促进农民增收。

While consumers＇ potential demand for high quality rice is huge, the high quality rice market is facing the plight that supply and de- mand is not prosperous. The main reason is that price of high quality rice is not high, which leads to insufficient supply of high quality rice .So high quality rice industry chain should be integrated in China. In this paper, the framework of high quality rice industry chain integration is designed, including the general thought of industry chain integration, integration principle, integration objects, subjects of integration, integration pattern and integration contents, in order to promote the development of high quality rice industry in China and promote the farnaers＇ income.
