“智慧渔政”管理平台建设的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of the “intelligent fishery” management platform construction

针对当前绍兴渔业水域面积广、渔政执法难度大、执法人员力量薄弱等问题,绍兴市渔政部门立足实际,创新监管体制,加大软硬件投入,开发建设了"智慧渔政"管理平台。本文从"智慧渔政"管理平台建设的背景与内容出发,详细介绍了基础管理平台总体框架设计和各个系统功能模块,阐释了该平台的主要创新点,最后提出了存在问题及发展方向,为今后内陆渔政管理中相关管理平台的建设起到了示范与借鉴作用。

According to the wide area of Shaoxing fishery waters in the current, the difficult of fisheries enforcement, the weak of law enforce- ment and other issues, Shaoxing fishery departments innovate regulatory system, increase hardware and software investment based on practical, to develop and construct the ＂intelligent fishery＂ management platform. From the background and content of the ＂intelligent fishery＂ management platform construction, this paper introduces the overall framework design of the basic management platform and each system function modules in details, explains the main innovations of the platform, and finally presents the problems and development direction. It can play the demonstration and reference for the related management platform construction of inland fishery management in the future.
