新型双效平板太阳能集热器的研究设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了将太阳能通过光热转化运用到供热采暖或干燥工程中,该文设计了一种在空气流道中设置菱形导流板的新型双效平板太阳能集热器,可实现加热空气和加热水两种工作模式。通过热性能测试,空气集热日平均光热转换效率可达到41.8%,水集热平均效率为39.4%。该新型双效集热器成本不高,结构简单,安装方便,可用于农产品的干燥和太阳能供热采暖工程,对环境无污染,实现节能减排。 In order to make solar energy applied to the heating or drying project by the photo thermal conversion, this paper designed a new type of double flat plate solar collector which disposed rhombic deflectors in the air flow, thus achieving two kinds of work mode to the heat air and water. Through the thermal performance test, the average air collector thermal conversion efficiency can reach 41.8% daily, while the average water collector efficiency of is 39.4%. This novel bifunctional collector is of low-cost, simply-structured and convenient- installation. It can be used for drying agricultural products and solar heating with no pollution to the environment and achieving energy- saving and emission reduction.
