多功能深井救援器的机构设计

摘要 设计了以曲柄滑块机构为主,附带了锁紧卡条、阶梯、滑轮的多功能深井救援器,专门用于狭窄井下救援,能快速有效地解决深井救援问题。该深井救援器结构紧凑,曲柄滑块的曲柄与下臂能重合在一起,同时阶梯结构带有伸缩功能,保证了机构占有更小的空间,使救援器在空间狭小的条件下也能到达准确位置。 In real life, accidentally fell into the deep well of smaller events happen often for wellhead rescue and rescue equipment of the single and failure, so we design the deep well deep relief is relief to slider-crank mechanism is given priority to, the article comes with lock card, lad- der, pulley deep well rescue unit structure is compact, crank slider crank and lower arm can overlap together, at the same time with scaling ladder structure guarantees the organization occupies less space, making rescue unit under the condition of narrow space can also be used to accurately position the agency specializes in a narrow underground rescue, can quickly and efficiently solve the problem of deep relief.
