摘要
通过建立连杆的有限元模型,运用ABAQUS软件对连杆进行疲劳强度分析,采用接触非线性的方法,将复杂的连杆载荷分解为预紧工况、爆压工况和惯性工况进行有限元计算,并采用电测法对连杆爆压工况和惯性工况时的应力状态进行了测量,计算结果和电测结果吻合较好。最后采用基于计算结果的疲劳分析方法获得连杆的疲劳安全系数,评价其疲劳特性,以此来有效的指导连杆的设计。
Established the finite element model of connecting rod and used the ABAQUS to make the fatigue strength analysis, divided the complex connecting rod load into preloaded condition, detonation pressure condition and inertia condition by using the contact nonlinear method, then calculated the finite modal with finite element method. The stress state under the detonation pressure condition and inertia condi- tion is also measured by using the electric measurement. The calculation results and the experiment result show good agreement. To get the fa- tigue safety coefficient of the connecting rod by using the fatigue analysis method based on the calculation results to evaluate the fatigue char- acteristics. It is an effective method to guide the design of the connecting rod.
