矢量控制永磁同步电机伺服系统的研究

摘要 以数字信号处理(DSP)技术为基础、以永磁同步电机为执行电机、采用高性能控制策略的全数字化永磁同步交流伺服控制系统,在工业控制和家用电气等领域有着广泛的应用。本文以矢量控制作为基础,对永磁伺服电机控制系统进行了设计,并给出了伺服电机的控制方案。阐述了电压空间矢量脉宽调制技术(SVPWM),介绍了基于DSP的硬件和软件的实现方法:硬件方面主要设计了TMS320LF2407A控制系统、IPM智能模块的设计和实现;在硬件的基础上简介了软件系统,并给出了产生SVPWM的中断处理流程图。最后运用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件对整个系统进行了仿真。 Based on the digital signal processing (DSP) technology, permanent magnet synchronous motor as the executive motor, high-performance control strategy of the fully digital ac servo control system of permanent magnet synchronous in industrial control and household electrical and other fields has been widely used. As the foundation, based on the vector control of permanent magnet servo motor control system is designed, and the servo motor control scheme is given. Expounds the voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology, this paper introduces the hardware and software implementation method based on DSP, hardware design mainly includes TMS320LF2407A control system, intelligent module design and implementation of the IPM: On the basis of the hardware.
