摘要
中国大致有三个主要的文化生态区 :黄河中下游旱地农业文化区、北方和西北游牧兼事渔猎文化区、长江中下游水田农业文化区 ,因此各地亦形成各有传统的饮食文化。礼仪最初产生于饮食 ,有其社会功能 。
China may be roughly divided into three main cultural ecological areas:the dry land farming cultural area,the north and northwest nomadic plus fishing and hunting cultural area,and the paddy field farming cultural area along the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.Each area has its own traditional food culture.Rites originated from food;their social functions are obvious and they are an important field in the study of ethnology.
