摘要
心理适应是近年来在开展心理健康教育的过程中经常涉及的一个重要概念。心理适应的概念可以从生理、心理和社会适应等不同角度做出解释。心理适应包括主动与被动、消极与积极、内部与外部、狭义与广义等不同类型。心理适应的机制是由认知调节、态度转变和行为选择等环节构成的动态过程 。
Mental adaptation is a frequently mentioned concept in recent mental health education campaingn. The paper proposes that it could be analyzed from physical, psychological and social adaptive viewpoints. The mental adaptation includes different types, such as active and passive, internal and external, narrowly sensed and broadly senses ect. The mechanism of mental adaptation is constructed by the dynamic process of cognitive adjustment, attitude change and behavior choice. The esscnce of mental adaptation cultivation is to promote the mental qualities.
