摘要
从新疆荒漠地区分离到一株产高效絮凝剂的菌株Y24-1,根据菌株的形态学特征和16S rRNA基因序列比对分析,确定该菌株为类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus)新种。该菌絮凝产物的发酵动力学表明,其属于I型发酵,即菌体生长和产物合成偶联;在发酵42 h时絮凝活性最高,可达82.7%。絮凝特性研究表明,絮凝产物具有较好的热稳定性,最适絮凝pH为6.0,Ca2+、Mg2+等二价金属阳离子具有明显的助凝效果。该菌发酵产物能有效的去除多种重金属离子和色素,特别是对Pb2+和Hg2+的吸附率分别可达到90.5%和78.7%,显示了其在环境工程中良好的应用前景。
An effective flocculant-producing strain named Y24-1 was isolated from the soil of a desert area in Xinjiang. According to morphological characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, strain Y24-1 was identified as a novel species belong to the genus Paenibacillus. The study on fermentation dynamics of the flocculant of the strain indicated that the fermentation belonged to type I; the highest flocculating activity occurred in 42 h of fermentation, and the flocculation rate for kaolin suspension was 82.7%. The flocculant featured temperature stability, the optimal pH being 6.0 for flocculation; meanwhile, it was found that divalent metal ions such as Ca2+ and Mg2+ could promote the flocculation remarkably. In addition, the fermentation products had the capacities for de-colorizing of dye-stuff wastewater and heavy metal removal, especially for Pb2+ and Hg2+ with the adsorption rates being 90.5% and 78.7% respectively.
