利用SPMD采样技术监测丹江口水库中POPs

摘要 利用半透膜被动采样技术(SPMD)对丹江口水库中多环芳烃(PAHs)和有机氯农药(OCPs)等物质进行了采集测定。结果表明,丹江口水库中这些污染物的浓度低于其他地方表面水域的测定结果,水质情况令人满意。但是,最近15年,其水体中多环芳烃的浓度不断上升,且在水库中的一些区域检测出有六氯苯(HCB)的存在。研究表明,SPMD结合其他分析方法的技术手段为检测环境水样中持久性有机污染物提供了新的思路和发展前景。 Bioavailable concentrations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAils) and organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) were investigated in the water column of Danjiangkou Reservoir from March to May 2009 using semipermeable membrane devices (SPMD). Results showed that the levels of these contaminants in the Reservoir were low compared with other surface waters and are not Manning. But in regards to the concentrations of PAHs increasing in the latest 15 years and HCB contaminants did exist in some area in the Reservoir. The study indicates that SPMD sampling in combination with chemical analyses would provide an effective tool for the identification of environmentally relevant water borne trace hydrophobic pollutants in drinking water reservoir.
