老年慢性肺心病合并心衰48例诊治观察

慢性肺心病合并心衰通常在病因治疗的基础上适当给予强心、利尿药等来纠正心衰。本文采用氨力农联合尼可刹米治疗慢性肺心病合并心衰,取得了较好临床效果。力农具有正性肌力和血管扩张作用,能增加患者心肌收缩力、心排血量和心脏指数。尼可刹米增加患者肺的通气量,改善缺氧和加快二氧化碳的排出,加强患者咳嗽反射,改善排痰、通畅呼吸道等作用,二者联合应用有利于纠正心功能。
