抑郁症的静息态功能磁共振成像研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 功能磁共振成像是近年来广泛运用于抑郁症研究的一项功能成像技术,能够对脑组织进行实时功能显影。静息态时大脑存在着有序的脑活动,通过对此活动的监测,能够为抑郁症病理生理机制等研究提供丰富的信息。本文就静息态功能磁共振成像的常用分析方法及其在抑郁症研究中的应用进展进行了文献综述,以期为抑郁症的研究提供依据。 Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), widely used in the study of depression, develops real - time function of brain tissue. There is an orderly brain activities in resting state of the brain. Through monitoring of these activi- ties, we can get a wealth of information about its pathophysiological mechanisms. In this paper, the recent progress in research of resting - state fMRI of depressive disorder is reviewed.
