摘要
糖尿病心肌病(DCM)与多种心血管疾病相关,如:猝死、心律失常、心绞痛、心源性休克及心力衰竭等,是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。因DCM的发病机制复杂,目前尚无明确特效的治疗方案。脂联素是主要由脂肪细胞、心肌细胞分泌的能调控糖脂代谢、保护心肌和血管的细胞因子,其水平降低可导致糖尿病心肌易损性增加,是DCM发病机制之一。蛋白质二硫键异构酶(PDI)是一种多功能的特殊蛋白,也是调节脂联素合成、分泌及多聚体形成的重要蛋白。本文就PDI通过脂联素对DCM的作用进展予以综述。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) asociated with many cardiovascular diseases such as sudden death, ar- rhythmia, stenocardia, cardiogenic shock, heart failure, etc, is one of the main causes of diabetic patients' deaths. Up to now, there is no specific therapeutic regimen for DCM because of its complex nosogenesis. Adiponectin ( APN ) is a cytokine regulating glucose and lipid metabolism and protecting the myocardium, blood vessels, secreted primarily by fat cells, heart cells. Depressed level of APN, a pathogenesis of DCM, can lead to increase of diabetic myocardial vulnerability. Protein disul- fide isomerase (PDI) , a special protein with multiple functions, is an important protein regulating synthesis, secretion muhimer formation. Therefore, this paper reviews the possible effect of PDI on DCM by APN.
