摘要
介绍了美国和加拿大在林火防控管理方面存在着一些共性的特点和优势,在此基础上,指出我国应该建立安全高效的扑救指挥管理体系,促进科技进步等林火防控管理措施。
The forest fire prevention and control management features and advantages of the United States and Canada were introduced. Based on this, the author proposed some forest fire prevention and control management measures such as our country should establish a safe and effective firefighting command and control system, promote the progress of science and technology, etc..
