摘要
本文通过对氟碳漆(SF96-201)和丙烯酸聚氨酯漆(S04-60)进行附着力、高低温储存、高低温冲击、盐雾、耐溶剂等试验,对比研究了这两种涂料的性能差异。研究结果表明:氟碳漆和丙烯酸聚氨酯漆均具有良好的附着力,氟碳漆中由于含有较高键能的C-F键,其在耐候性、耐化学药品性、耐腐蚀性和装饰性方面优于丙烯酸聚氨酯漆,这一结果对满足不同腐蚀条件下产品的涂料选择具有深远的意义。
In the paper, we studied the performance of SF96-201 and S04-60 by adhesion, high and low temperature storage, high and low impact, salt spray, solvent tests. The experimental results indicate: SF96-201 and S04-60 have good adhesion, and relative to S04-60, SF96-201 contains weather resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and superior decorative due to its containing C-F bond of high bond energy. The result has far-reaching implications for the choices of the two coatingas under different etching conditions.
