本文侧重于探讨图书馆员权益问题,指出了馆员权益的重要性,对馆员受尊重、受教育、以及身心健康权益三个方面进行了相关调查并提出解决对策。
This paper focus on the librarian＇s rights . It points out the importance of librarians＇ rights and interests, Countermeasures are put forward on the basis of the deep research on the librarians＇ education as well as physical and mental health.
