摘要
目的 :前交叉韧带损伤的修复 ,是骨科的难题之一 ,本文对前交叉韧带的功能解剖进行研究 ,为临床修复提供依据。方法 :对 30例 6 0侧前交叉韧带在膝关节处于不同位置时的长度、角度、宽度和厚度进行测量。结果 :前交叉韧带在膝关节处于 0°及屈曲 90°时的长度变化无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,宽度和厚度的变化有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :前交叉韧带内存在“等长纤维” ,附着点内存在“等长点” ,“等长点”是前交叉韧带重建应选择的固定点。
Objective:Repair of damaged anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in knee joint is one of the orthopedic difficult problems.To provide a foundation for clinical repair,the functional anatomy of ACL is studied.Methods:In 30 cases,the length,angle,width and thickness of ACL is measured when the knee joint is in different position.Results:The length of ACL does not change significantly (P>005) while the width and thickness of ACL changed significantly (P<005) when the knee joint is in different positions varied from 0° to 90° of flexion.Conclusion:There are equal length fibres in ACL of keen joint and equal length position in it's adhesive point.The equal length point should be choosed as the fixing position for the reconstruction of ACL.
