摘要 KDON-3200/3200-VI空气分离设备运行中出现空气出空冷塔压力变送器测点冷凝水结冰,直接导致压力显示过低连锁停车,通过对空气出空冷塔压力变送器测点改造,解决了问题。对空气分离设备进行了改进,使制氧能力由3 200 m^3/h提高到3 700 m^3/h,电单耗由0.63 kWh/m^3降低到0.59kWh/m^3。将分离出来的氮气用到磷酸铁锂项目和精炼炉喷吹还原剂还原,使资源得到充分利用。强化分馏塔和DH45-12离心压缩机维修保养,使其安全可靠运行。 The freeze of condensate water at the measuring point of pressure transmitter of air-cooling tower in the running of KDON-3200/3200-VI air separation equipment leads to the chain brake because of over low pressure dis- play. The problems were solved by modifying the measuring point of pressure transmitter of air-cooling tower. The air separation equipment improvement was conducted, the oxygen-making capacity increased from 3 200 m^3/h to 3 700 m^3/h, and the unit power consumption decreased from 0.63 kWh/m^3 to 0.59 kWh/m^3. The separated nitrogen was used in lithium iron phosphate project, and also used as injecting reduction agent of refining furnace reduction, realizing the optimum use of resources. More attention should be paid to the maintenance of distillation tower and DH45-12 centrifugal compressor to realize the safe and reliable running.
