摘要
目的 :研究麻黄碱衍生物 (ephedrinederivatives ,EDs)对正常小白鼠学习记忆的影响及对小白鼠记忆获得、巩固、再现障碍的改善作用。方法 :采用水迷宫法。结果 :EDs对正常小白鼠有促进记忆的作用 ,并可以显著地改善东莨菪碱所致的记忆获得障碍 ,亚硝酸钠所致的记忆巩固障碍及乙醇所致的记忆再现障碍。结论
Objective:To explore the effects of ephedrine derivatives on acquired, consolidated and reappeared disturbance of memory of mice. Methods:The methods of water-maze were used. Results:Ephedrine derivatives can improve the acquired disturbance of memory caused by scopolamine,the consolidated disturbance of memory caused by sodium nitrite and reappeared disturbance of memory caused by ethyl alcohol remarkably. Conclusion:Ephedrine derivatives can improve the dysmnesia of mice.
