先天性大血管转位的电子束CT诊断

EBCT in diagnosis of congenital transposition of great artery

目的 探讨电子束CT(EBCT)在先天性大血管转化诊断中的价值。方法 对20例EBCT诊断的大血管转位进行回顾性分析。所有患者均采用增强单层容积扫描。所有病例均行超声心动图检查。其中5例行心血管造影检查,6例行用手术病理对照。结果 EBCT诊断大血管转位20例,其中完全性大血管转位17例,纠正型大血管转位3例。超声心动图漏诊3例,EBCT在发现并存畸形方面优于超声心动图。结论 EBCT能清晰客观地显示先天性大血管转位的病理解剖形态,对本病有重要诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the cliniceal value of EBCT in diagnosis of transposition of great artery(TGA). Methods 20 cases of TGA diagnosed with EBCT volume scan were retrospectively analyzed. Ultrasound echocardiography (UCG) was performed on all patients. Conventional cardiovascular angiography was performed on 5 patients and 6 cases received operation. Results 20 cases could be diagnosed with TGA, of which 17 cases with complete TGA and 3 corrected TGA by EBCT. Among them, 3 cases of TGA were not revealed by ultrasound echocardiography. EBCT was more effective than UCG in depiction of cohabit deformations. ConclusionEBCT has significant value in the diagnosis of TGA, which can demonstrates the pathological morphology.
