Summary of Informal Organization Research in China's Rural Areas

农村非正式组织是相对于正式组织而言的,在社会主义新农村的建设过程中发挥了十分重要的作用,也带来了一些消极影响。当前国内学术界主要围绕农村非正式组织的内涵及外延、形成原因、类型、对农村社会的影响等方面进行了广泛的研究,取得了一系列的学术成果,但也存在一定的局限性。我国农村非正式组织的进一步研究应与新型城镇化理论背景相衔接,加强学科综合交叉性、实证性与比较性,进一步扩展研究对象。

Informal organizations in rural areas are relative to the formal organizations, playing a very important role in the process of constructing new socialist countryside, also bringing some negative influences. The current domestic ac- ademia mainly carried out a wide range of studies regarding the connotation and denotation, causes and types of rural informal organizations as well as their impact on rural society. While series of academic achievements have been made, there are also some limitations. Further study of China＇ s rural informal organizations should be linked up with the theory background of new-type urbanization, strengthen comprehensive interdisciplinary, empirical and compara- tive study, and promote the further expansion of research object.
